Dr M Mosharraf Hossain is the lead Advisor to the company. He is the Founder Chairman and Managing Director of Rapport Bangladesh Limited. Founded in 1972, today Rapport Bangladesh Limited is the leading management consulting & training firm in Bangladesh.
Tarek M Hossain is the Chief Operating Officer. After completing his education from the University of Toronto, he worked for several years in the field of HR in Canada's largest financial institution. He truly understands what it takes to build long lasting relationships.
HR Connections is his brain-child and since founding the company in January 2006, he has been instrumental in the success of the company. He has proven recruitment skills in candidate sourcing, service development, account management, financial analysis and staff management. He is creative with a keen attention to detail. He has increased revenues for HR Connections through an eye for market opportunities and a consistent ability to aggressively market services. He is extremely organized and efficient with a goal-oriented "get it done" attitude. His main skills are excellent communication, relationship building and leadership skills. He is also an effective strategy builder and good implementer through directives, controlling measures and intermittent feedback process from all levels. He is also proven to have the ability to motivate and coach recruitment teams to reach targets.
