All candidates are required to go through a standardized recruitment process before we present them to you. After we make a preliminary evaluation of what the candidate can do, what the candidate wants to do and the type of organization that will be the right fit for the candidate. Accordingly we place the candidate into our electronic database. Currently our database has over 15,000 plus pre-screened candidates in different job categories.
