HR Connections partners with the client to bring selected candidates on board. They are on the payroll of HR Connections, i.e., employees serve in the premises of the client while being contract employees of HR Connections.
Clients may choose to transfer existing contract employees on HR Connections payroll and thus HR Connections takes the complete responsibility of administration of the payroll and other benefits.
